THE STORY

Studio RAWR is a private studio located in the heart of La Crescenta, CA.

It's not your typical salon. It is a one woman shop. If you make an appointment, you will be seen by me!

I can do your NAILS! I can do your LASHES! I do NOT offer pedicures.

I take my clients on a 1:1 basis. Multiple appointments will be one after the other.

I will not pick up calls during my clients' time, so please leave a message or feel free to TEXT me!

You won't be disappointed.

POLICY

ALL appointments will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $20. Your deposit will go towards the final cost of your service. Deposits may also be used to book your next appointment. (If you would like to book multiple appointments, each appointment booked will require its own deposit.)

Please be punctual. You will be given a 10 minute grace period.

Clients who are over 10 minutes late will lose both their appointment and deposit.

To reschedule, please notify me 48HRS PRIOR to your appointment time!

If you are unable to make your appointment, you may reschedule ONE TIME per deposit.

Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you decide to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit. If you No-Show, you will forfeit your deposit as well as become ineligible for future bookings. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

PLEASE stay home if you are sick or have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19. Cancelations due to illness or precaution will be rescheduled to a later date.

Studio RAWR has the right to refuse anyone.

PAYMENTS: All payments must be made in full (exception of deposit). Cash and all major Credit Cards accepted.

In response to COVID-19 , TOUCHLESS transactions are highly encouraged. (Zelle/ Venmo)

Studio RAWR will not be responsible for the client's personal property. Please be aware of your surroundings.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

To ensure the health and safety of my clients and the community,

I have implemented operational changes and increased safety measures.

Before and after each client, Hospital grade Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved

products are used to clean and disinfect anything the client came in contact with , including

treatment tables, plexiglass, chairs, displays, payments portal, pens, etc.

LUCAS - CIDE ™ is a Salon and Spa Hospital Grade Disinfectant kills 99.999% of bacteria, viruses, and

fungus in 60 seconds. Destroys 100% in 10 minutes.

As always, disposable supplies are used whenever possible (buffers, files, etc). Single-use items are

immediately thrown away after each client. Any non-disposable supplies are fully disinfected between

customers according to the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology guidelines . Nail clippers,

cuticle pushers, and nippers are put through the additional process of sterilization, exceeding California’s

guidelines.

Client appointments have been spaced out leaving ample time to follow disinfection protocol.

As a result, limited appointments will be available and deposits will be required.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

Upon arrival, please text me from your car/outside to check in for your appointment.

Once I confirm your arrival, please proceed to the entrance of the studio.

Your temperature will be checked at the door.

Clients with a fever of 100.4° F or higher will be sent home.

You will need to sign a COVID-19 waiver.

You must wash your hands before your service (20 seconds with soap and water).

No additional guests will be allowed! No friends. No family. Please plan accordingly.

Proper face coverings must be worn throughout your entire appointment.

If you don’t have one or forgot your mask, one will be provided for you.

No cellphone use during service.

No food/beverages (With the exception of water. Please bring your own water!)

Touchless transactions are highly encouraged.

Zelle/Venmo are now accepted in addition to cash and credit card.

*REGARDING FILLS FROM OTHER SALONS:

Depending on the condition of your lash extensions, a fill may or may not be possible. In many cases, the removal of improperly applied extensions is necessary in order to properly add new lashes. If you feel that you are an exception and have 30% exisiting lashes, please book for a 4 week fill.
